When you were younger, there were so many options for fun ways to keep active and stay in shape.
As we get older, keeping in physical shape may have changed from tumbling around at gymnastics class to going to the gym or jogging around the neighborhood. At SML we searched for fun ways to bring you back to your youth and help you stay in shape through physical activities. Here are some adult fitness ideas, and some family fitness ideas, too.
