Pre-Holiday Burn Workout #6: Butt Exercises

When working on your rear view, there should be a combination of cardiovascular and strengthening exercises in your plan.

Walking and swimming are great to burn and tone right around the gluteal area.

Exercises that target the back of the legs, hips, and glutes are:

  • squats
  • lunges
  • deadlifts
  • hip bridges

Try this workout in coordination with your cardio routine to see a difference in how much better your Holiday jeans fit.

SML Diet tip: Be snack ready! Have cut fruit, raw nuts, and great, all natural bars ready for when you start to feel hunger pangs. Otherwise, your choice might not be as stellar.
