It is almost Race time!
This year’s Shannon Miller Lifestyle Women’s 5k and Children’s 1 Mile Fun Run, presented by Winn Dixie, is shaping up to be the best race ever!
The price of registration for the 5k goes up to $20 on April 1st, so you may want to go ahead and register if you haven’t already done so.
Of course the Children’s Fun Run is always free! We have added an awesome backpack this year and all children receive their very own gold medal.

After the race, be sure to hang out for our Community Health Fair, where you will find:
- Yummy Food from Whole Foods Market
- Free Health Screenings
- Gymnastics Demonstrations
- Raffle Tickets to Win Prizes from SML
- Face Painting and Lots of More Fun activities for the Kids!
It is a full morning of excitement and we can’t wait to see you!
